Salary: $60,216/yr to $68,488/yr with a $0.25/hour shift differential


Shift Availability:
2nd Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
3rd Shift: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am


Sign-On Bonus:
$500 after 30 days
$500 after 6 months
$500 after 1 year, plus an additional bonus at 2 years


Join us as a Maintenance Technician, playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Carol Stream facility. You'll maintain equipment to ensure the timely production of quality products.


Responsibilities:
Safely maintain equipment using a planned preventative maintenance program
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment problems
Prioritize maintenance work around production schedules
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and productivity
Perform fabrication, repair, and installation of mechanical and electrical components
Operate metal, woodworking, and hand tools
Conduct all tasks in a safe manner


To excel in this role, candidates should possess 3-5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting, demonstrating technical expertise across all facets of industrial maintenance. Proficiency in operating PLC-controlled equipment, along with familiarity with a variety of meters and tools, is essential. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions are necessary for effectively managing multiple projects concurrently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating with team members and stakeholders. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate a willingness to work off shifts to meet operational demands.
