Job Description
Amount, Inc seeks a Senior Legal Counsel in Chicago, IL.
Duties Negotiate, draft, manage and advise on a wide variety of contracts including customer and vendor contracts, technology agreements, consulting agreements, confidentiality agreements and other commercial agreements. Support growth initiatives and mitigate risk by working closely with Amount’s product and business teams. Help to create processes and controls relating to contract management and ensuring ongoing compliance. Provide general legal advice and support to various functions, including technology, product, sales, finance, and human resources.
Requires a Professional Degree in Law or a related field (or its equivalent) and 3 years of experience in drafting agreements; negotiating agreements; and with vendor and customer contracts.
Requires Attorney Bar registration in at least one state.
