Are you ready to be a tenacious trailblazer? This role will be responsible for leading our high growth brand portfolio in our Away From Home business unit. Incumbent will share analysis and reporting, cross-functional leadership of key commercialization projects, ownership of strategic sales driving marketing campaigns, as well as total portfolio management. The Brand Manager, Emerging Brands will collaborate with cross-functional team members including the our Kraft Heinz Not Company Joint Venture Team, Platform Teams, Brand Communications, Disruptive Innovation, CIS, and Operations teams. This position requires a candidate to possess an ownership mentality, a self-starter, cross-functional leader, driver of results, and have a strong ability to communicate/story-tell to all levels of leadership. Working closely with our Brand Experience team to drive brand experience and excel our growth brands forward. This role will have high senior leadership exposure. Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Business Execution
Apply business analytics (equity, share, volume and revenue drivers, competition) to drive business strategy & execution
Monthly Consumption/Share Analysis with outlined action plan to deliver brand share growth
Portfolio Management including but not limited to: SKU rationalization, strategic prioritization, pack/price architecture, product catalogs etc.
Innovation & Strategy
Develop and implement a five-year growth plan that provides strategic innovation direction
Closely partner and consult with innovation team to ensure alignment with outlined growth strategy
Foster relationships with Marketing, Consumer Insights, R&D, Finance, and Project Management to lead commercialization of renovation and maintenance projects
Communications
Lead B2B media strategy and execution for our high growth brands
Integrate Away From Home into Masterbrand B2C comms plans
Deliver comms-driven partnership ideas that help win new business
Collaborate extensively with brand platform teams and away-from-home customer marketing, adopting the role of leader in both directions
Drive discussions during management presentations with platform GM, and business unit President
Qualifications
Experience in marketing for an established or startup CPG company
Consumer centric & growth mindset - learn fast vs. avoid failure
Prior experience working in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) (forecasting and portfolio management)
Experience in agency management & cross-functional team management; self confident individual who can work collaboratively
Strong personal motivation in fast-paced, often ambiguous environment, with a bias for action
Proven ability to influence teams and experience leading multiple stakeholders
Strong "big picture" perspective, while also implementing the initiative at hand
Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills to internal/external partners
Excellent strategic and analytical skills; ability to leverage syndicated data sources to assess competitive space, bringing forth insights and recommendations to integrate into overall strategy
Ability to simplify sophisticated problems and make decisions quickly in pursuit of constant forward progress
