Under the supervision of the Data Manager, the Proof/Mobile Specialist is directly responsible for reviewing, approving, rejecting, and investigating mobile deposits. This position is also responsible for pulling in files and exporting them to the core banking system. This position will work closely with branch staff to ensure all branches have submitted proof work and it balances before leaving. Monday thru Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. or until branches are in balance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Review all mobile deposits over $250 while following procedures
Answer calls/emails/messages regarding mobile deposits while providing great customer service
Maintain positive relationship with retail staff
Responsible for bringing in mobile files in a timely manner
Exporting imaging work to the core system
Ensure all files are balanced before closing
Cross train on other areas when necessary
Adhere to department and bank policies and procedures
Complete all training requirements as assigned
Perform other duties as assigned

Computer Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point).
Experience using ITI/Director preferred
Teller experience a plus
Education/Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent

Strong professional integrity in compliance with company policy, and ethical and legal standards
Ability to perform duties independently with limited direct supervision

Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
Previous customer service experience preferred
Willing to perform other departmental tasks as assigned
Ability to do repetitive work
Ability to work efficiently both with a team and individually
General knowledge of bank procedures as they apply to other departments
Attendance Requirements
Employees are expected to report to work as scheduled, on time and prepared to start work. Employees are expected to remain at work for their entire work schedule. Late arrival, early departure or other absences from scheduled hours should be avoided.

Working Conditions:
This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical requirements:
Ability to sit for up to eight hours
Requires bending, stooping or standing as necessary
Requires the ability to hear, speak and/or signal people
Effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and in English
Requires manual dexterity, typing, and the ability to lift files and open filing cabinets
The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
