We are seeking a proficient and driven PC Technician to join our technology-focused team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing our hardware assets, encompassing tasks such as receiving, shipping, and packaging. Additionally, the role necessitates technical expertise to customize laptops in accordance with the company’s requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Receive, examine, and store all incoming hardware equipment at our facility.

- Securely package hardware equipment for shipment, overseeing the shipping process to guarantee timely and secure delivery.

- Customize laptops to meet company specifications and user preferences, ensuring optimal functionality.

- Aid in troubleshooting both hardware and software issues.

- Maintain comprehensive records of all received and dispatched hardware equipment, ensuring accurate inventory management.

- Conduct routine maintenance to uphold the performance and durability of all equipment.

- Collaborate with fellow technical personnel to fulfill hardware and software demands.

- Proven experience as a PC Technician or a similar role.

- Familiarity with shipping and receiving protocols.

- Knowledge of various hardware equipment and software systems.

- Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting laptops.

- Superior problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.

- Technical certification like CompTIA A+ would be beneficial.
