The Sportsplex facility is currently seeking an energetic, responsible and enthusiastic individual who enjoys sports to supervise the daily programming for the 2024 Summer Sports Camp. This position is responsible for regulating all sports activities during an assigned time, setting up programs and ensuring that all activity is safe and within the Sportsplex operational guidelines. They are also responsible for enforcing the Sportsplex Code of Conduct at all times among camp participants ranging in age form 8 to 13, while ensuring participants are having fun.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills
A High school diploma along with at least 2 years of other closely related recreational and/or sports programming is required. Knowledge of sports fundamentals is also required. Prior high school level or direct sports participation is highly preferred. Must be energetic, enthusiastic and enjoy working with children.Must be available from June to early August. Scheduled approximately 15-20 hours per week. Sportscamp program hours are Tuesday and Thursday generally from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
