SUMMARY
This role requires an individual who is professional and who displays the drive, determination, and self-motivation to meet the needs of our Programs operations. Specifically, your mission will be to service and maintain existing accounts while uncovering opportunities for increasing business.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Provides professional, courteous service to our clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues.
+ Be responsible for issuance of supporting paperwork including but not limited to: certificates of insurance, evidence of property forms, lost policy release forms, ERM- 14 forms, and miscellaneous endorsements as needed.
+ Maintain complete and accurate files and input necessary data on the company’s agency management system.
+ Generates remarketing submissions through carrier online portals.
+ Provide support to our Service staff in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.
+ Acts as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to gather underwriting information as requested..
+ Execute daily job responsibilities, including responding to voice mail, email, and client inquiries in a timely manner.
+ Maintain confidentiality requirements regarding insurance coverage.
+ Answer incoming service calls through a call center environment and be responsible for following through on service issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
+ High School diploma or equivalent; AA and/or college degree preferred.
+ Hold Illinois producer license appropriate to the position or secure within 60 days of hire date and meet bonding requirements.
+ Superior customer service and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
+ Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems.
+ Ability to work in a positive team environment.
+ Ability to work a regular, full-time work schedule at HUB’s facility(s) and ability to travel on business if required.

Required Education: High school or equivalent
