Gatorade Partner Services Marketing Sr. Analyst

Overview
The Gatorade Partner Services team is responsible for driving brand advocacy with sports performance professionals (athletic trainers, strength coaches, sports dietitians, sport coaches), increasing backed-by-science equity and delivering best-in-class service for sports marketing partners. The marketing senior analyst will report to the Director, Gatorade Partner Services, and specifically help reinvent the brand community engagement approach with sports performance professionals.

Responsibilities for this role focus on collaborating with the Gatorade portfolio teams, Gatorade Sports Science Institute, and cross agency team to deliver education, technology, tools, and content to the Gatorade Performance Partner community. An entrepreneurial spirit, strong communication and relationship-building skills, project management expertise and a passion for sports performance/science are critical for success.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
* Drive capability evolution through technology (CRM, digital tracking, digital engagement) and Gatorade Performance Partner (GPP) brand community business approach
* Lead the Social, digital, media, and credible influencer engagement strategy, working closely with agencies
* Drive Digital & Media analytics and learning agenda by owning tracking & optimization of KPI’s, bringing in latest digital & tech inspiration and identifying test & learn opportunities
* Cultivate and oversee partnerships with professional organizations for Strength Coaches and Coaches
* Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing credibility through scientific backing, in collaboration with the Gatorade Sports Science Institute (GSSI), spanning education, technology, services, content, and engagement
* Lead the integration of practitioner programming initiatives across G Portfolio teams, collaborating with Community Marketing & Intel, Equity in Sport, Social & Culture, Sports Partnerships, Innovation, and DTC

Compensation and Benefits:
* The expected compensation range for this position is between $72,500 - $121,300 based on a full-time schedule.
* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
* Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Must have a BS/BA degree along with 3-5 years of direct, full-time work experience. 
Qualified candidates will have demonstrated the following skills through specific work experiences and identifiable business results:

* Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing priorities and adjust to different management styles.
* Passion for sports performance industry.
* Experience in using Sprinklr/social listening, PowerBi and Google Analytics tools preferred
* Previous TCP & media planning experience preferred
