A strong mid-sized firm in the suburbs of Chicago is seeking an experience transactional real estate attorney.- Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of transactional real estate experience
- The role will focus on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, zoning, construction, and loan documentation
- Firm has signifiacant flexibility in their billable hours structure
- If an attorney chooses to bill 1800 total compensation of $200k can be expected
