Job Description
Adecco is assisting a client located in Machesney Park, IL in hiring 2nd and 3rd shift Machine Operators. This is a temp to hire role paying $23.95/hr. This individual would be responsible for setting up and operating single and multi-die cold headers. Hours are either 3pm-11:30pm or 11pm-7:30am (Sun-Thurs)
Job Duties Include but are not limited to:
+ Assist and observe operation and set up of machinery
+ Select, intall, align dies, cut tools, guide, and stops to setup machines.
+ Position coil of metal wire on rod on feed spindle and threads it though straightening rolls
+ Adjust setting of dies on controls to product product within specifications
+ Start machine to begin production and observe machine operations for quality
+ Maintain oils, clean machines.
Qualifications Include:
+ HSD/GED is required
+ Prior experience operating single and multi-die header machines preferred
+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs
+ Ability to work required overtime as needed

Pay Details: $23.95 per hour
