Join our team as a Lead UX Strategist . If you’re a creative problem solver with 5+ years of UX strategy experience and a knack for crafting exceptional user experiences, we want you.

Onsite in Kennesaw, GA; Richmond, VA; or Chicago, IL

12 Month Assignment

Requirements:

+ 5+ years in UX strategy or related roles

+ Expertise in enterprise-wide UX strategy methodologies

+ Strong foundation in user-centered design

+ Exceptional communication skills

+ Proficiency with UX tools like Mural, Axure, Sketch, InVision, etc.

+ Bachelor’s degree in HCI, UX, or related field

Responsibilities:

+ Lead strategic planning in a collaborative environment

+ Craft innovative solutions aligned with business and user needs

+ Serve as primary contact for project escalations

+ Ensure adherence to design processes and project continuity

+ Communicate updates to senior leadership

+ Identify opportunities for proactive design and consistency

Desired Skills:

+ Experience with financial or enterprise environments

+ Proficiency in facilitating design workshops

Pay Details: $65.00 to $70.00 per day
