Job Description:
We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will be an integral part of the patient care team, providing hands-on nursing care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities:
+ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
+ Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
+ Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans
+ Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to provide comprehensive patient care
+ Perform wound care, injections, and other nursing procedures
+ Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and self-care
+ Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
+ Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe patient care environment
Qualifications:
+ Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
+ Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
+ CPR certification
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
