Risk Consulting Digital Strategy Leader

Position Summary:

The Service Line Digital Strategy Leader will accelerate the use of technology within Risk Consulting to drive delivery efficiencies, create cross-practice synergies, and enable development and use of advanced technology solutions. Liaising with Risk Consulting and Consulting leadership, operations function, IT and other stakeholder groups, oversee the approval, prioritization, development and delivery of technology needs as requested by various capabilities. This role, through collaboration with CS Digital Strategy team, is responsible for developing, garnering support for and delivering on an overall Digital Strategy that is aligned with service line growth and strategic goals and encompasses all of the service line tech and digital needs.

Responsibilities:

Strategic digital transformation oversight and liaise with Risk Consulting Leadership, Consulting Services Digital Strategy Team and key Stakeholders to:
Provide strategic leadership to address Service Line growth and Digital needs.
Document and execute Risk Consulting Technology strategy now and for the next three to five years to provide holistic perspective of tech and digital needs.
Enterprise alignment
Leverage technical subject matter expertise along with the knowledge of the Risk Consulting Practice and Solutions to apply critical thinking to prioritization and considerations.

Engagement delivery enablement and automation:
Prioritize, streamline and identify technology needs within the Practice.
Lead roadmap development, architecture and execution of solutions to promote efficient use and integration of consulting delivery systems including enterprise platforms and data analytics.
Enable Technology within the Practice and find new ways to drive efficiency (and ultimately margin) thru new tools and process enablement.
Help RSM create a more compelling technology enabled experience with our clients.
May serve as a Project Business Lead - day to day designee for Business Sponsor for decision making and execution.

Technology Solutions Governance and Oversight:
Bring consistency in process and help navigate approvals so that we can move faster within the Organization.
Work with the Audit and Technology Leadership Teams to ensure that our Tech Strategy is in alignment cross functionally.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degreepreferred, BA or BS in Technology, Math or Engineering with a focus on programming or equivalent experience.
Advanced degree in Information Technology, Project Management, MBA or Leadership Certificates encouraged.
Minimum of ten (plus) years' of relevant work experience.
Prior Risk Consulting experience with a mid to large size Firm or related Professional Services background.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prefer prior Management Experience working within a National Support role in a matrixed environment.
Risk Consulting experience as an External Client Server.
Exhibit exceptionally strong technical, communication, presentation, analytical and organizational skills.
Experience working for Big Four or other national/global firms a significant plus
