Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance ManagerSummary:Create FDA-compliant food product labels, incorporating ingredient statements, nutrition facts panels, and allergen statements with proficiency in retail food regulation and guidance.Review and approve label artwork with a high degree of accuracy, including graphics, formatting, text, and grammar.Manage product nutrition and ingredient information, including supporting documents from suppliers.Identify labeling issues and communicate with the appropriate teams.Support the Sales/Customer Service teams with inquiries related to products and ingredients.Provide suppliers and customers with regulatory information through their online portals.Review product formulas and raw materials for compliance with regulatory requirementsAssist with the development of product specifications.
