Apex Systems is hiring for a Configuration Installer in Vernon Hills, IL. Job details are listed below. If you are interested- please send an updated copy of your resume to Kayla at [email protected]Job Title: Configuration InstallerRate Range: $17-$18/HRLocation: Vernon Hills, ILContract Role Training will be for the first 2 weeks Training Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30PM After Training- Normal Shift Hours: 5:30 AM - 2 PMJob Description:The Configuration Installer is responsible for preparing a high volume of computers, printers and other products for technicians on a daily basis. This role is also responsible for the boxing and un-boxing of units along with installing basic hardware components as needed.Job Responsibilities:Un-boxing and prepping of units for technicianInstall basic hardware components into customers systems to their required specificationsRe-boxing and preparing boxes for shipmentUtilize a forklift or pallet-jack to move product through-out the warehouse/departmentMaintain minimum monthly productivityEnsure that customers receive the highest level of customer service through exceptional quality standards and order responsivenessCommunicate issues concerning customer orders to the area Help Desk or SupervisorAdhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all timesKeep the work area organized through daily cleaning and removal of garbage and pallet jacks, etc.EEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
