Program Manager – SD

Job Description:

Understand the Product Roadmap and software requirements. Meeting the stakeholders to understand the business requirements and expectations on the project outcome. Lead and evaluate design strategies and technical tradeoffs. Identify the key components of the product and categorize them into subsystems. Review implementation approach submitted by the team and provide feedback. Develop the software using test driven development methodology. Be involved in the full iterative development life cycle of analysis, design, development, and deployment. Deliver operational excellence by identifying, resolving, and fixing root issues. Hands on development, including code reviews and design. Responsible for creation of Risk Mitigation Plan, Implementation, and Progress Monitoring. Ensure adherence to architecture and coding standards, risk management, and security policies. Responsible for performance tuning and identifying potential risks in terms of performance and scalability. Work with external or internal teams. Perform system acceptance tests. Responsible for production deployment and post warranty support. Work on various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Job Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Applied Computer Science or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in software development or a related occupation.

Must have five (5) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

• Experience in .NET development
• Experience using .NET Frameworks, C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ReactJS, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Server

Must have four (4) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

• Experience with REST concepts and creating and consuming REST API
• Experience with Object-oriented design analysis using service-oriented architecture principles and design patterns
• Experience with application performance evaluation and tuning skills

Must have three (3) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

• Technical leadership experience
• Experience building and managing continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline

Must have two (2) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

• Experience using Insite B2B commerce products
• Experience using client-side frameworks, including AngularJS and Dot Liquid

40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm.
