What Youll Do

  • Work with the Trust Administration team to organize, scan and image files
  • Organize and box up current files to send to long-term storage
  • Travel to other offices may be necessary
  • Special projects, as requested

 

Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills
  • Skill in word processing and spreadsheets
  • Ability to clearly articulate issues, problems, solutions, concerns, and other information in verbal and written communications
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask, follow instructions and have a keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of banking functions
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Adheres to the highest ethical standards
  • Protects confidentiality
