The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing high quality personalized care to a variety of patients.

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited MSN program
Current IL RN license
Current IL APRN license
Current IL DEA number
Other certifications as required
Primary Care Nurse Practitioner experience is required
