Job Description
Automation Program Lead, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Decatur, IL. Collaborate with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) developers to manage process automation life cycle from intake to deployment. Develop and present Quality Assurance (QA) strategy, including QA process and best practices. Define KPIs to identify efficient workflows that deliver high Return on Investment (ROI) automations. Review and enhance existing testing initiatives to achieve automation testing standards. Define product quality roadmap. Champion product quality best practices and standards internally.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and five (5) years of post-bachelor’s, progressive, related work experience.
Must have five (5) years of experience with/in the following:
- Using Agile Framework to hold ceremonies and applying Azure DevOps to deliver iterative software;
- Completing work in short sprint cycles (3 weeks);
- Completing full software lifecycles from design to deployment;
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Automation Anywhere, UI Path, Power Automate Desktop, or Blue Prism; and
- Using Azure DevOps or Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
Up to 5% domestic and regional travel required.
100% Telecommuting permitted.
