Job Description
Job Duties: Analyze landscape architecture drawings and construction feasibility studies. Prepare structure/project specifications using applicable technical and mathematical skills. Evaluate/apply/use building and estimating techniques and software to prepare drawings. Meet with clients to gather project/plan information for landscaping structures and projects. Evaluate/apply/use building and estimating techniques and software to prepare landscape architecture drawings. Review project bid documents and assist with preparation of proposals creating project budget and timelines. Evaluate/apply/use building and estimating techniques and software to prepare irrigation system designs. Evaluate/apply/use building and drawing techniques and software to prepare irrigation design models 2D, 3D and 4D to integrate into a BIM platform for analyze and prevent issues on the projects. Analyze/evaluate retaining wall structural and civil dwg drawings for estimating materials and budget for proposals. Travel to worksites to evaluate installation in accordance to landscape, irrigation and retaining wall designs.
