Job Description:         

Maintain product quality by following Agile testing process, using continuous testing and feedback from the implementation phase; define testability requirements and conduct tests on backend test environments comprising SQL server, web server, domain controller, exchange server, active directory and the DMS Server using VMware, Jira, and MS Office; perform Domain and Authorization (ADFS, Explicit, Network, Trusted Gateway - Kerberos) testing; work with the Support team to communicate with customers on troubleshooting their issues using Zendesk, Postman, and Fiddler; work with product management, development and UX teams throughout the planning, development, and testing phases; work with Documentation team to define user friendly guides; lead QA teams and mentor QA interns; create and review test outlines and test cases to identify and evaluate bugs based on their priority and severity using MS Office and Devsuite; perform regression testing, functional testing, and smoke testing using Devsuite and Jira; and perform feature testing, system testing, install and upgrade software testing, and mobility testing.

80% telecommuting is permitted.

Job Requirements:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science, plus 18 months of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer, Test Analyst, or substantially similar position.

Special Skills Required:

Must have 18 months of experience with all of the following: follow Agile testing process; define testability requirements and conduct tests on backend test environments comprising SQL server, web server, domain controller, exchange server, active directory and the DMS Server using VMware, Jira, and MS Office; perform Domain and Authorization (ADFS, Explicit, Network, Trusted Gateway - Kerberos) testing; troubleshoot customer issues using Zendesk, Postman, and Fiddler; work with product management, development and UX teams throughout the planning, development, and testing phases; work with Documentation team to define user friendly guides; create and review test outlines and test cases to identify and evaluate bugs using MS Office and Devsuite; perform regression testing, functional testing, and smoke testing using Devsuite and Jira; and perform feature testing, system testing, install and upgrade software testing, and mobility testing.
