Position Title:    Project Lead-QA

Job Description: Interact with Business Analysts to understand clients’ requirements and analyze software specifications to gain a better understanding of applications. Specifically, work with Project teams, Product teams, Developers, and Testing teams to deliver Functional Test cases for Quality Assurance (QA), Stage, and Production environments. Finalize scope of testing deliverables for each software release and obtain approval from the Business team. Interact with Business Analysts on a regular basis to follow up with any upcoming change requests, as well as adhere to application needs. Responsible for on-time project deliverables by communicating and coordinating with the team. Schedule daily status calls with regional teams; participate in project management calls; and update status of release to respective stakeholders. Identify newly introduced technologies in contemporary market and perform research and development (R&D) activities. Author master test cases; prepare data sheets for optimum coverage of test requirements; and map master cases to data sheets. Author and review test cases and ensure requirements and product backlog items from releases are translated into test cases and automation scripts. Review System Test cases, Regression Test cases, and Sanity Test cases per testing requirements and upload them to test management tool per client specification. Track defects and manage test cases in TFS and document test scenarios, workflows, user guides, and technical specifications. Perform extensive manual and automation testing on key areas of applications, including performing testing on high impacted modules during integration and performing regression testing on newly implemented modules to ensure no data leakage. Identify and estimate risk factors in test execution. Identify critical test cases for code hand off and revenue accounting, including SIRAX, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Integration Testing. Conduct Defect Triage meetings with both Business and Development teams. Validate functionality of products and identify flaws in developed components against tasks and user story. Will work at unanticipated locations in the U.S. This position supervises the work of other employees.

40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm.
