The University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria is seeking a Urogynecologist who is Board-certified/Board-eligible in Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery to join an expanding academic department. The position is ideal for individuals interested in clinical practice, teaching, scholarship, including opportunities for academic leadership.

Position Summary

The University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria is seeking a Urogynecologist to join a stable and growing Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. This is a unique opportunity to advance a strong clinical and academic career in Urogynecology.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in Urogynecology.
Teach, train, mentor, and precept residents and medical students in the clinical context.
Develop scholarly activity; Prepare and deliver academic presentations.

Minimum Qualifications

MD or DO
Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Board-certified/board-eligible in Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Illinois

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with mentoring and training residents and medical students
Demonstrated ability to produce scholarly activity
