JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Will support the development of digital products across a multitude of technology platforms and will help empower company customers to manage their business more efficiently.
* Will be responsible for evaluating and refining potential solutions that enhance the value of company's machine products in web solutions.
* Will work between stakeholders and development teams translating customer needs to build solutions that meet customer and dealer needs.
* Modify existing databases and database management systems or direct programmers and analysts to make changes.
* Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions.
* Work as part of a project team to coordinate database development and determine project scope and limitations.
* Review project requests describing database user needs to estimate time and cost required to accomplish project.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field
* 5-7 years of relevant work experience
* Experience in the development of information-based solutions for the heavy equipment industry.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel knowledge
* Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue.
* Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software.
* Knowledge of computer development software across multiple platforms.
* Must be comfortable with informal presentations & technical discussions across a broad spectrum of understanding
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
* Must have the ability to work and communicate within a diverse team
* Must have the ability to listen to customers and stakeholders to identify new products and features.
* Must be result driven, self-starter with a unique combination of technical knowledge, business acumen and strong general and emotional intelligence.
* Knowledge of tools: PowerBi, Tableau, or MATLab/ Simulink is preferred
