Robert Half on behalf of their client is seeking a dynamic HR Manager located near Buffalo Grove, Illinois. This person will be in charge of managing all aspect of the human resources functions from full cycle recruiting, policies and procedures, and employee benefits program, etc.. Responsibility:
- Oversee and support the full cycle of talent acquisition process
- Onboard new hires and Offboard employees
- Support and maintain employee retention
- Collaborate with the leadership team on daily operations and strategies
- Process payroll and administer benefits
Requirements- At least 3 – 5 years of human resource management experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business management or
related field is required. Master’s degree is helpful but not required.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification strongly preferred.
- Experience with interpretation and policy implementation with respect to federal, state and local
employment laws.
- Previous experience with integrated HR payroll and employee file systems, preferably, ADP Workforce Now.
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with associates at all levels of the organization.
