Job Description

Seeking candidates with strong experience in customer relationship building seeking an opportunity to grow with a great company

Description:

- As an on-site workforce member, the Client Service Representative will be responsible for delivering reliable and efficient services to our customers.

- Managing inbound and outbound client communication over email, chat, phone and in-person

- Work with accounts to schedule appointments, process payments and problem-solve technical issues

- Leave a positive first impression and establish trusted relationships with new and existing clients

- Deliver consistent and timely follow-up in response to client requests and issues

- Proactively problem-solve when faced with new or unique client requests

- Assist with documenting day-to-day processes and improvements

- Collaborate with cross-functional team members in Sales, Marketing, brokers insurance, claims etc.,

- Proactively resolve invoice and payment discrepancies

- Provide support for internal and external audits, invoices, and overdue payments

- Maintain Accounts Receivable by servicing client accounts

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A respectful and professional demeanor when dealing with customers

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

- Willingness to learn insurance policies and regulations

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
