What a typical day as a Production Team Lead II.might look like:
Responsibilities:
l This candidate will primarily be working WEEKDAY shifts, but schedule flexibility is a must.
l Candidate will be leading a team of 11-21 production associates day-to-day.
l Candidate will almost entirely be working on the bakery production floor – this is not a desk/office role.
l Candidate experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics is a CRITICAL.
l Company is looking to convert high-performing candidates at the conclusion of this assignment
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Qualifications:
l High School Required
l Bachelor’s degree complete or incomplete / Specialization on Business Administration or Manufacturing Management preferred.
l Microsoft Office Intermediate – Excel
l Manufacturing tracker Systems
l IL6S / TPM preferred.
l SAP preferred.
