Position Summary
The Revenue Enablement team is looking for a learning and development professional with a background working in and/or creating enablement programs, tools and training content for sales, partner, and non-sales related roles. Reporting to the SVP of Revenue Enablement, the Sales Enablement & Experience Director will be responsible for designing, creating, launching, facilitating and measuring learning programs and modules that deliver on a set of outcomes and requirements for both the business and the learner. The programs developed span on-demand, virtual and live classroom training.

Key responsibilities
Strategize and design sales methodology, sales process, and sales plays
Partner with Sales Leadership to create and deliver custom enablement solutions
Support onboarding curriculum, process, development and facilitation to shorten time to impact of sales organization
Help design partner enablement programs and content
Design and develop, in partnership with senior sales leadership, individualized and role-based development plans for the sales force using a variety of methods including:
Design onboarding and continuous learning training content for new hires
Create coaching guides and materials to reinforce key learning initiatives
Design and develop remedial training or continuing education to reinforce key behaviors and skills
Design and develop, virtual and live certification programs
Develop training that aligns with organization's sales process and sales methodology
Ensure all content created supports Channel and Partner Enablement
Design curriculum to accomplish program objectives and deliver best-in-class learning experiences applying adult learning best practices
Utilize appropriate learning methods to cover all phases of the learning process: tell-test-show-practice-certify-reinforce. Learning methods may include: classroom, reading, eLearning, webinar, roleplay, stand and deliver, teach-back, guided selling etc.
Help analyze and select technologies to support the delivery, tracking, and reporting of training, certification and coaching activities
Develop supporting learning and reinforcement materials that can be utilized by learners during and after training event
Create and execute feedback mechanisms to assess the quality and impact of all programs
Refresh and maintain all training and materials as changes occur in market, in the company and in the portfolio
Collaborate with corporate L&D and HR to ensure alignment with employee development initiatives
Collaborate with portfolio marketing, product management and demand marketing to secure information and content from subject matter experts
Collaborate with sales leadership, sales operations and sales enablement to define sales learning and development requirements
Manage the delivery of both informal and formal learning including communication of objectives, utilization of delivery technology, creation of positive learning environment, delivery of information and feedback in a professional and motivational way
Evaluate and report on learning impact inclusive of managing the collection of the appropriate information and the analysis required to validate learning outcome and adjust programs as required.
