Job Description
Manage a team of direct reports, responsible for the overall design and delivery of Global Certified Data solutions. Manage the company’s Global Data Warehouse and all associated data pipelines and/or data flows. Define and oversee the end-to-end ETL development process including estimation, design, pipeline development, unit testing and deployment. Plan and allocate development team resources to projects, enhancements, and support workstreams in accordance with company priorities. Help to establish and enforce design and development standards and best practices across the development team. Assess challenges or gaps in the current Global Data Architecture and defines, and executes continuous improvement plans to address those issues. Actively develops the Data Architecture and Engineering team skillset and capabilities through the use of training opportunities, educational resources, and career pathing. Perform people management tasks such as talent acquisition, goal setting, onboarding, performance evaluation, development planning, succession planning and retention. Establish effective strategic partnerships with business leadership, external vendors, and key technical resources. Other projects or duties as assigned. 100% Telecommuting.
