HOW YOU WILL SOAR:

The Managing Director, People & Culture will be proficient in driving organizational change through the utilization of data-driven insights and strategic influence. Key responsibilities include championing HR initiatives and functional strategies, advising and collaborating with leaders to enhance people strategies, and providing leadership and support for strategic and tactical HR and recruiting programs. Additionally, will serve as a strategic partner to executive teams, offering guidance on critical decisions related to compensation, organizational structures, and employee retention.

  • Drive change through data-based insights and influence. Serve as change champion in support of HR initiatives and functional strategy.
  • Act as an advisor and thought partner to leaders, to elevate people strategies. Provide leadership and partnership to management and employees to deliver a variety of strategic and tactical HR support and programs.
  • Function as a strategic business partner to the executive business team and to their respective business disciplines regarding key organizational and management needs/issues.
  • Provides ownership and accountability for key business departments and provide recommendations to guide decisions related to compensation, organizational structures, retention, and other employee-related activities.
  • Develop people strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
  • Create a unified culture across all areas of the business ensuring each group feels appreciated, and recognized through proper communication, events, and visits (as necessary)
  • Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting/on boarding and retention plans to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Manage orientation/onboarding program to provide new hires with a company-wide indoctrination for new employees.
  • Understand, integrate and provide counsel to the business on the various HR programs; ensure HR programs are effectively communicated, implemented and utilized with minimal disruption and strong client partnership as well as the execution of talent development programs, including succession planning/talent reviews, career conversations, and employee development.
