What Youll Do:
-
Thoroughly compile information, respond to questions from applicants and underwriters, and resolve last-minute issues to ensure mortgage applications are decisioned in a timely manner.

Care about doing things the right way, are ethical and adhere to compliance standards.

Have proven time management and strong organizational skills.
-
Ensure all deadlines are met contingency, closing, and lock expiration.

Build strong relationships with our sales partners and all departments within operations.
-
Are comfortable analyzing credit, income, assets, contract, appraisal, and disclosures with ease.

Excel in effective problem-solving skills by leveraging program guidelines and matrices.
Qualifications:
-
Ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience as a Mortgage Processor.

Top candidates have experience with Conventional Conforming, Jumbo, and Government lending programs.
-
Wage Earner and Self-Employed income calculation experience is required.

Down Payment Assistance, Bond, and Renovation lending experience is preferred.

Encompass experience is a plus.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged.
