Job Description:

Responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and communication of the ethics and conduct program. Working closely with the Ethics and Conduct Program leadership team, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, track performance, and ensure our program aligns with best practices and regulations. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the ethics and conduct program governance framework, ensuring alignment with business strategy and risk. Develop and update program documentation, including policies, procedures, and standards. Contribute to the creation of insightful reports for senior management and stakeholders, informing strategic decision-making. Assist in the development and implementation of controls to address potential conflicts of interest related to incentive compensation. Act as a subject matter expert and advisor to employees on ethical concerns and questions. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of program controls, recommending enhancements as needed.

How You’ll Do It

+ Lead in the development and implementation of robust ethics and conduct metrics and reporting framework.

+ Analyze and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) to monitor program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

+ Assist in the design and implementation of effective controls to mitigate risk and promote ethical decision-making.

+ Facilitate the development and execution of the ethics and conduct program strategy, ensuring alignment with evolving regulations and best practices.

Qualifications You’ll Need

The Basics

+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration and management or human resources

+ 8+ years’ Experience in a related role, such as compliance, training, or program administration

+ In Lieu of degree 10+ years’ Experience in a related role, such as compliance, training, or program administration.

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
