As a Senior MuleSoft Software Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using MuleSoft, Denodo, and Apigee technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to architect, optimize, and maintain integrations that reduce time to market, enable seamless data flow and enhance overall system efficiency.

Core responsibilities include:

+ Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

+ Document integration architecture, design decisions, and technical processes for future reference.

+ Design and implement integration flows, APIs, connectors, and custom components to ensure smooth data transfer between systems.

+ Optimize integration processes for performance, reliability, reuse, and scalability, considering best practices and industry standards.

+ Debug and troubleshoot integration issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to prevent recurrence.

+ Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft developments, tools, and techniques, and apply them to enhance integration capabilities.

+ Test and debug solutions to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.

+ Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualification s

The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management or other Engineering related degree and 4+ years of experience OR a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management or other Engineering related degree and 3+ years of experience OR a PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management or other Engineering related degree and 1+ years of experience in :

+ Integration development and support experience with MuleSoft, Denodo, and Apigee.

+ Industry standard integration design patterns based on RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, and XML.

This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Programming languages such as Java, Python.

+ DataWeave for stream-based data transformation.

+ Open API Spec (OAS) for defining RESTful interfaces.

+ Integrating with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Reltio, or Graphite.

+ SQL and No-SQL database technologies and database integrations.

+ Developing processes tools and integration for Master Data processes including data cleansing and data validation.

+ API security best practices, OAuth, and other authentication/authorization mechanisms.

Intel’s Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $123,419.00-$185,123.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
