Description:
Accepting samples, prepare the media, run microbiological and chemical analysis and evaluate the results of raw material and finished product samples. Shelf life studies, microbiological, chemical and sensory analysis on raw materials, semi processed and finished product. Create Certificate of Analysis. Cooperate with R&D for developing shelf life studies and set up of new products.

Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or any related science Previous experience in analytical food industry laboratory preferred. Basic principles of biochemistry, organic and inorganic chemistry. Basic Microbiology using standard methods, rapid tests and PCR. Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Multi-task Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Team player and organized. Mathematical aptitude with analytical proficiency Professional communication skills
