1st shift Maintenance Technician role hiring

Description:

This position is for a Maintenance Technician in a high speed manufacturing facility. They will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing all of the production equipment.

The breakdown of mechanical to electrical is about 50/50 and they will have the responsibilities below:

Candidates will also have to have mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.

Gear replacements/adjustments, and other errors like that.

Candidate must have a strong blueprint and electrical schematic background as they will use this on a daily basis

Candidate will have to replace and or repair various motors including but not limited to AC/CD and single and three phase motors

Candidates will be responsible for electrical repairs and troubleshooting, must be familiar working with voltage up to 480V

Candidate will be responsible for PM on all machines and equipment

Candidate will be responsible for full tear downs and rebuilds

Candidate will be responsible for working with and repairing both pneumatics and hydraulics

Candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting PLC’s

Skills

5+ years of Industrial Manufacturing Environment

Ability to read schematics

Ability to learn troubleshoot electrical issues up to 480v and troubleshoot PLC’s (Allen Bradley)

Experienced with working with pneumatics and hydraulics
