Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Digital team, where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role

The Product Manager will be responsible for ownership of the roadmap for the property websites that support our Timeless Collection of brands. They will partner closely with Product Design and Engineering leads to enhance the Hyatt digital experience for guests and will regularly interface with colleagues across Hyatt (ex: hotel operations, brand, loyalty program, digital content) to ensure seamless integration with broader Hyatt initiatives.

- Design a customer-centric, data-driven product that will intuitively guide guests through the entire travel journey.

- Develop, prioritize, and execute an evolving, guest-first product roadmap.

- Identify and research data-driven insights, making sound data-driven feature-functionality decisions.

- Conduct competitive analyses; research and recommend new offerings to maintain a competitive advantage in an evolving market.

Qualifications:

Experience Required:

- 5 years of digital product management experience

- Extensive experience managing customer-facing applications that reach a wide audience. A/B testing and optimization experience is a plus.

- Experience working within cross-functional Agile teams

- Strong background in hypothesis-driven product development, lean tools & methodologies, and data-driven decision making

- Comfortable managing discussions with business stakeholders as well as technical resources

Experience Preferred:

-Bachelor’s degree
