We are seeking a Planning Manager to be responsible for a larger and/or more complex organization. As the Planning Manager, you will drive improvement of supply assumptions, exception management and root cause analysis to identify deviations and issues for the long-term planning. You will act as a strategic partner, skilled in change management and highly proficient in influencing across a wide network of both internal and external stakeholders. You may manage a team of individuals with varying levels of experience.

What You Will Do:

Leadership and Oversight:
Provide leadership and direction for the planning team, overseeing day-to-day activities and strategic decision-making
Set clear objectives and guide the team to ensure alignment with overall supply chain goals
Lead and facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities

Escalations and Decision-Making:
Handle escalations and complex issues related to toller management, finished goods planning, and inventory
Make critical decisions that impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain operations

Projects and Process Improvement:
Lead and drive projects focused on cost savings, process improvements, and supply chain optimization
Identify opportunities for streamlining processes, reducing lead times, and improving overall supply chain performance

Talent Development:
Develop and mentor team members, providing guidance, training, and support to foster talent and skill development
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance
Other areas of responsibility could include, but are not limited to, one or more of the following:
High level sourcing decisions & manufacturing plans
Driving improvement of supply assumptions
Root-cause analysis for deviations in long-term planning processes
Cross-functional collaboration
Team & Talent development
Order level service

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
6 years of Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing experience
1 year experience leading others
Proficiency with an ERP, advanced planning system, analytical system or equivalent
No immigration sponsorship for this role

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field of study
Advanced technical or business degree, MBA preferred
Experience in operational excellence and project management such as TPM, Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, Green Belt, etc.
APICS Certification
Direct people management experience
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive decisions and build consensus... For full info follow application link.
