Overview
**Remote role with 50-75% travel. Must reside in IL, TX, AZ, CO, CA, WA, UT, or NV.**

The Production Warehouse Manager will be accountable for all preparation required for Deployment/Hypercare activities in the production warehouse functions for West Division.  The chosen candidate is expected to have a strong background in production warehouse operations in manufacturing plants.  This role will partner across the organization with the larger PBNA PGT project teams.

The foundation of this role will require involvement in System Testing, coordination of Training Material, and Site Readiness Activities, in all Manufacturing Warehouse locations across the West Division. The position requires the utilization of PBNA manufacturing business process to successfully deploy new SAP systems and processes to the field organization.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert knowledge and experience to project activities within production warehouse
- Be a results-oriented “change agent” who can understand different scenarios and help facilitate big-picture and tactical execution throughout the project
- Produce project deliverables and ensure overall quality – includes Testing, Training, Readiness & Deployment
- Lead super user activity including UAT (user acceptance testing)
- Lead change management in partnership with OCM and HR
- Develop and deliver end user training in partnership with OCM and dedicated Sector training teams
- Develop and validate site layout maps for pre-go-live configuration
- Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to PBNA PGT Project Leadership
- Lead site level business readiness reviews and develop TEP to ensure site readiness
- Lead recurring site level project calls to ensure progress on TEP actions
- Co-Lead deployment and post go-live support

Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000 - $135,600 based on a full-time schedule
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Understanding of production warehouse operations, ideally in bottling industry
- Prior SAP Conversion experience strongly preferred
- Strong project management skills and experience required
- Willing to challenge group thinking and ask difficult questions; Able to challenge requirements and business processes to ensure best practice
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work through others; open to new ways of working, adopting industry standards and best practices
- Effective team player
- Positive and motivated to change and simplify processes
- Ability to perform and prioritize under pressure
- Effective communicator, both written and oral; ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and best practices

- Previous WMS experience is preferred
- Significant travel required with commitment to successful deployments often requiring long work weeks including weekends
