Position Summary 
 Responsible for coordinating the programming and recruiting efforts of the Regional Education Academy for Leadership (REAL). The coordinator maintains relationships and communication with schools/outside agencies and establishes a presence at state and regional conferences.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities 
 Cultivate partnerships and represent COE at community events and conferences.
Maintain and oversee cohort partnerships and coordinate partnership events (workshops, meetings, academies, information sessions, etc.)
Manage adjunct faculty hiring, communication, and documentation processes.
Establish, maintain, and coordinate experiential learning partnerships, including syllabi, Canvas shells, and data collection.
Serve as Academic Advisor for all REAL candidates (manage probation process and academic alerts).
Coordinate conference attendance and marketing plan.
Chair REAL meetings (schedule/facilitate agenda and write reports).
Coordinate Dual Credit/Dual Enrollment Program, including data collection for HLC approval.
Assist with REAL curriculum writing and development.
Participate in and promote a culture of continuing quality improvement.
Minimum Requirements 
 Master's degree from an accredited university
Knowledge of Illinois State Board of Education licensure requirements
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills (verbal/written)
Experience working with MS Office applications
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work on multiple projects at one time, act independently and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organization
Work effectively in a fast-paced, busy and changing environment
Willingness to work flexible hours
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
Willingness to uphold and fulfill the mission, vision, values, and traditions of the University of St. Francis
Preferred Requirements 
 Ability to listen critically and think/act creatively and strategically
Advanced skills in MS Office applications
Outstanding organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in an educational setting
Experience with using various modalities of instruction including face-to-face, online synchronous, asynchronous, hybrid, and distance learning technologies
Hours/Shift/Work Schedule 
 Part-time: Minimum 24 hours per week; flexible and includes days, evenings, and some weekend duties.
Physical Requirements of Position 
 Work is performed in an office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Substantial time is spent working on a computer. This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: sitting, walking, bending, stooping, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity.
