We are looking for an innovative and dedicated Recruiting Coordinator who enjoys a flexible remote position that gives invaluable experience across multiple assignment and industries. This role is hourly, part-time, and assignment based. The ideal work schedules are determined specific to each of our clients and will be reviewed during the interview process.
What you'll do:
Track and monitor confidential candidate information
Oversee the background and pre-employment screening process
Edit and open requisitions to internal/external sites
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS and data tracking is up to date
Schedule interviews and providing information to the client as needed
Maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction. Constantly accessing our candidate experience and identify areas of improvement.
Build a relationship with the Talent Acquisition team supporting the client and participate in regularly scheduled calls regarding staffing activity
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process (i.e., interview reminders and logistics, post-hire/pre-start engagement)
What we're looking for:
Someone who is truly interested in a flex and project-based role that allows employees to pick up different assignments as they become available.
Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.
Excellent customer service delivery and white glove treatment to both candidates and clients
Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods including passive sourcing
Proactively seeks out flaws or inefficiencies in processes and brings creative solutions to the table
Passionate about collaborating with a team of professionals who are encouraging, driven to meet deadlines, and committed to quality.

What's required:
Minimum of 1 year of experience within a talent acquisition or administrative role
Experience with ATS and/or HRIS systems a plus; Workday experience preferred
Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Ability to work from a home office during standard Monday through Friday business times

*The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range is between $16-$27 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, extent of expected customer contact, the PeopleScout customer to whom a candidate is assigned, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
