Senior associate product manager

As a Product Manager Senior Associate at Cognizant, you are responsible for developing and communicating new service offerings for your assigned book of business, working cross-functionally with the sales and marketing organizations as well as the technical delivery organization, to ensure service offer viability. You will interact with customers and provide direct support to the sales organization to sell our solutions. This includes eliciting, analyzing, validating, specifying, verifying and managing the real needs of project partners, including customers and end users. Working closely with other business units, you will contribute to product roadmaps and release schedules, and to lead requirements, training and support.
To give you an insight to daily functions:
Partner with the development team to manage the creation and delivery of Epics/Features for assigned product modules.
Expert level of knowledge and proficiency on assigned product modules. Build or assist in the creation of cases and financial models to support the development of the product or services.
Assist in establishing customer persona and market profiles positioning yourself as the Subject Matter Expert when specifying market requirements for current and future products or services by conducting market analysis, supported by ongoing visits to customers and prospects.
Proficiency in collecting competitive information.
Provide tactical support to other internal initiatives such as sales training, collateral development, and product performance.
Manage client workgroups on various topics, and work directly with clients on sales and support activities.
Influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Here are the qualifications we are looking for
2 years' experience in a client-facing application in the enterprise software or healthcare industry.
Bachelor's degree in a related subject area; we will consider a mix of education and experience in lieu of a degree.
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
As part of the interview process, you will be asked to provide examples and at least one effective document delivered in the past.

Salary and Other Compensation Transparency Statement:

The annual salary for this position is between $43,900 - $112,600 annually depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
