Estimated annual base pay: $24.04(minimum) - $30.05(midpoint) - $36.06(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Project Coordinator or looking to become one, we have an exciting opportunity for you. This person will report to an Engineering Supervisor and is responsible to coordinate all activities related to the projects assigned. These responsibilities include leading multi-disciplined teams through the Product Life Cycle (PLC). The coordinator is accountable for all hardware procurement to support all testing and customer shipments. This position works closely with Program Managers and may have contact with both suppliers and customers. This person will be based in Loves Park, IL at the Loves Park Campus, but could float between our Loves Park Campus or Rock Cut Campus based on business need.

What You Will Be Doing
Coordinate/track and expedite all hardware needed to support testing and customer shipments
Track and update resource requirements for all assigned projects
Facilitate project issues with various functional areas of the company and with suppliers and Customers
Participate in project status meetings and maintain action item lists
Read and execute MRP to meet schedule requirements
Coordinate and review Engineering Changes for assigned projects with supervision from other Project Coordinators and Project Managers

What We Are Looking For
US- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience in similar job function (e.g. Development Project Coordination, Production Planning, NPI Processes)
2 plus years' experience in applicable manufacturing processes
