Senior Director, myRSM

The Senior Director, myRSM will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of myRSM, ensuring alignment with the business vision and goals while leading a cross functional team in delivering an immersive client portal experience that meets the needs of the firm. This role will work closely with multiple teams and IT to ensure the successful development and implementation of the portal.

This role is responsible for working with stakeholders and leaders to drive collaboration with internal customers, the cross-functional product team and business stakeholders/sponsors to ensure we have clear definition of business needs, product value, defined roadmap, and successful execution in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary digital product to the firm's strategy.


Product Management

Define and implement a product strategy for myRSM, in alignment with the overall vision, including goals and objectives of the firm and department
Lead the product management team in defining, prioritizing, and designing features and functionality for the portal.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including IT, design, and other functions to ensure successful delivery
Partner with Insights to utilize data and customer feedback to drive decision-making and continuously improve the client experience of the portal
Communicate product updates and progress to internal stakeholders, peers and others as determined
Responsible for ensuring objectives and success measures are being achieved
Consults with stakeholders on development and prioritization of new features including validating design and implementation realizes the intended value

Process, Delivery and Change Management

Establish cadence of product development activities informed by stated business needs, emerging technology capabilities, process/capacity gap analysis; identify potential process improvements and develop cohesive perspectives on prioritization of development activities
Work with stakeholders to develop and drive, communications, education and change management plans to ensure field readiness and adoption for launch and ongoing development of additional portal features
Collaborating with other Product Owners, SMEs, Program/Product Managers to identify cross-team dependencies and risks
Collaborate with leadership in keeping all stakeholders aware of product status
Partners with Onboarding and Adoption and communications team to ensure effective education, documentation, communications and change management activities are comprehended into each release and for new hire onboarding

Operational Excellence and Support

Manages effective day to day myRSM operational excellence

Bachelor's degree (required)

Experience and deep understanding of product management and Agile/SCRUM methodology/techniques (Required)
Experience with Dynamics 365+ (Preferred)
Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEC) (Preferred)
Product Management certifications (Preferred)
Able to apply systems thinking to identify opportunities to align and synergize across systems/processes (Required)
Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of product solutions. (Required)
Experience in managing complex projects (Required)
Strong understanding of software development and product lifecycles (Required)
Demonstrated understanding of user-centered design (Preferred)
Proven ability to solve for complex problems in a logical and systematic way (Preferred)
Demonstrated ability to leverage data to make strategic decisions (Preferred)
Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen (Required)
Able to build business cases, gain internal/external support, and drive implementation of new processes/products ensuring ROI is met (required)
Able to thrive under tights deadline and work confidently amidst ambiguity and uncertainty (required)

10+ years product management or technology expertise (Required)
10+ years' experience with consumer facing products that have high uptime and user engagement (Preferred)
7+ years developing strategy and leading deployments of product/system programs (Preferred)
