Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our talented team. As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating vehicle financing and insurance transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability for the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of the finance and insurance (F&I) department, including vehicle financing, insurance products, and aftermarket sales.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize finance and insurance product penetration and profitability.
* Work closely with sales managers and sales staff to structure deals and secure financing options for customers.
* Provide exceptional customer service by explaining finance options, terms, and conditions in a clear and transparent manner.
* Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing automotive finance and insurance transactions.
* Develop and maintain relationships with lending institutions and insurance providers to ensure competitive financing options and rates for customers.
* Train and mentor finance department staff on finance and insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
* Prepare and submit accurate paperwork and documentation for finance and insurance transactions, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulatory requirements.
