Job Summary
***This is a hybrid opportunity that will work from the office 3 days a week. Must live in a commutable distance to the listed office.***

This position is responsible for providing business analysis and guidance to ensure alignment and integration across functional areas in support of divisional value-based care strategies.
Resource will support teams responsible for implementation of highly complex value-based care initiatives. This position is responsible for analyzing, coordinating, and synthesizing requirements; Defining project scope and requirements, translating business requirements into use cases, activity or flow diagrams, and participating in project management activities. Performing business research to identify gaps between current state and future vision; conducting interviews with stakeholders and enterprise experts to provide insight based on business research and analysis. Maintaining all documentation on the business project; this position may also support the review of various stakeholder, leadership, and/or provider demands and evaluate capabilities and set scope for future delivery meeting stakeholder needs.

Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor in Technology or Business Administration with 3 years experience in project management, business process analysis, or operations/systems analysis OR 5 years experience in project management, method analysis, or operations/systems analysis.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
PC proficiency to include but not limited to MS Office.
Experience with multiple full lifecycle software projects with strong understanding of how each phase fits into the overall lifecycle.
Experience in using requirements management tools, such as IBM's RequisitePro, RequisiteWeb, or DOORS.
Experience with business modeling tools (i.e. Visio) ad various methodologies/frameworks like CMMI, RUP, Six Sigma, etc.
Solid Facilitation, Presentation and Leadership skills

Preferred Job Experience:
Health insurance or healthcare industry experience
Writing System Development requirements
Familiarity with business process design and aiding the high-level business process design efforts with assistance of the stakeholders and end users.
Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills; strong oral, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback.
Plans work, carries out tasks even without detailed instructions, and prepares for problems or opportunities in advance.
Anticipates how individuals and groups will react to situations and plans accordingly.
Analytical and information synthesis skills.
Experience with changing assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment
