Job Description:

Crowe is seeking a Power BI Dashboard and Report Developer / ETL Developer to focus on data analysis, interpretation of complex data requests, and data visualization. This role plays a critical part in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and delivering impactful analytics solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
Interpret complex data requests and retrieve data from a variety of data sources (Primarily Dataverse).
Create visually compelling reports using Power BI.
Deliver a high level of accuracy with paginated reports.
Continuously deliver and improve prioritized analytics, reporting, and visualization solutions.

Data Integration & Management
Participate in data governance initiatives including data profiling and quality checks.

Communication & Collaboration
Exhibit strong writing and communication skills for diverse business and technical audiences.
Work collaboratively in Agile teams to refine requirements and develop data solutions.
Contribute to the establishment and update design patters and standard operating procedures

Project Management
Balance multiple project and client deadlines.
Identify project risks, notify leadership, and collaborate to mitigate issues.
Work with clients in a professional and collaborative manner.

Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or other degree with appropriate experience.
Two or more years of experience specifically in Power BI development and data analytics.
Proficiency in using Power BI with multiple complex data sources include (but not limited to): Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, Azure data sources, etc.
Expertise in Power BI development, including visual reports, dashboards, and data modeling.
Experience with paginated reports with supporting practical experience (SSRS experience can be used for this requirement).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Azure, SQL Data Warehouse, and Visual Studio.
Familiarity with ETL concepts and SaaS tools or ADF Integration.

Strong teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
Exception communication and desire to mentor others
