Machine Operator. Amazing shift with built-in OT! Also get a 3-day weekend EVERY week
Opening 1 : 1st shift M-Th 6am-6pm $18
Opening 2: 3rd shift : M-Th 6pm-6am $20
“We have been running Friday OT once or twice a month – 8 hours each shift. 1st shift 6 AM – 2 PM – 2nd shift – 2 PM to 10 PM. (They leave at 6 AM and come back at 2 PM). "
-Reviews work orders, product specifications and special instructions to ensure thorough understanding of production requirements. Asks for clarification if needed
-Assists in loading and set up of machines in accordance with instructions
-Follows specifications to mix chemical/adhesive solution specified in work order, and safely pumps solution into machine
-Monitors production process closely in order to quickly identify any quality issues. Stops production run immediately if problems are detected, and alerts machine operator II and/or production manager
-Knows how to operate up to two machines competently. Assists in operating additional machines as needed
-Follows all instructions given by machine operator II or production manager and asks questions when necessary
-Identifies all finished products with accurate part number, work order number, lot number, and any other information required to effectively identify the product
-Identifies equipment problems and informs maintenance and/or production manager.
-Makes suggestions to improve quality, efficiency, safety, or communication
-Verifies that the final product produced meets quality standards and product specifications
-Follows all safety practices and immediately corrects or reports unsafe conditions. Maintains a clean and orderly work area
-Performs other duties as assigned by department supervisor
