Role Summary

The Trade Controls Specialist resides in the Global Trade Controls Center team and reports to the Director, Global Trade Controls. The Center team has global enterprise responsibility to develop controls and processes around Trade and oversee the technical implementation of trade controls in SAP GTS. The Trade Controls Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with trade laws globally and with Corporate Policy 206. The Trade Controls Specialist will represent GTC on Cross Functional teams to insure that GTC requirements are incorporated into operational processes that impact trade. The Trade Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring and auditing the systemic processes in SAP GTS to ensure compliance with GTC requirements and to develop corrective action plans with the GTC Control Tower, plants, and markets to address compliance gaps. This also includes overseeing the continued deployment and business adoption of the Material Movers application in SAP GTS which is used to execute trade transactions outside of SAP. The Trade Controls Specialist collaborates with the other Process and Compliance Center teams to implement GTC requirements, trade systems, policies and processes. The Trade Control Specialist will review and ensure integration of GTC processes with the Seagen business.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Develop policies, procedures and internal controls to insure compliance with trade laws and CP206

+ Measure and monitor SAP GTS execution metrics and develop compliance improvement plans.

+ Integrate GTC requirements into operational processes outside of GTC that impact trade

+ Measure and monitor Material Movers execution metrics and drive deployment and business adoption

+ Collaborate with GTC Control Tower to implement GTC requirements, policies and processes

+ Integrate GTC processes into the Seagen business.

+ Provide General Center Team Trade and Trade Compliance Support

Qualifications

Must-Have

+ -Bachelor’s degree with 3years of relevant experience ; OR Master’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience; OR Associate’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience; OR 8 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent experience in International Trade or Trade Compliance

+ Proficiency in SAP and/or SAP GTS

Nice-to-Have

+ Proficiency in MS Excel or Access

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,200.00 to $117,000.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
