Hello, Direct-hire opportunity: DISTRIBUTION OUTBOUND SUPERVISOR a leading import distributor of home improvement products for major retailers is seeking a Distribution Supervisor, Outbound to join the Distribution Center team. This role involves maintaining productivity, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, contributing to labor planning, and providing leadership to the distribution center team. Reporting to the Distribution Site Leader, the individual in this position must demonstrate flexibility in working overtime as needed.

+ General Warehouse labor and safety lead managing
+ Order management
+ Pick and Packing
+ Shipping – Logistics/ scheduling/ Preparing Shipments/ Loading
+ Hire- Train- develop – promote – terminate

Responsibilities
+ Outbound operations, including order management, picking, packing, shipping, shipper communication, customer requirements, customer compliance, customer communication, and internal stakeholder communication.
+ Lead a team of 20 – 40 people.
+ Develop Outbound team to deliver unparalleled customer service.
+ Maintain safety and high levels of accuracy in daily operations; maintain a clean and organized operating environment
The essential functions of this role include:
