responsibilities:
+ Perform preventive maintenance on injection molds and report their status to the supervisor.
+ Operate machining tools and equipment for mold maintenance.
+ Repair and test injection molds.
+ Conduct inventory of molding tools and parts and report status to supervisor.
+ Store and maintain validated components, while also managing non-validated components.
+ Maintain stock inventories to ensure proper levels of component parts are available for tooling repair.
+ Document reasons for mold repairs and solutions to prevent future manufacturing interruptions.
+ Follow all procedures and training, maintaining excellent attendance.
+ Advise supervisor of recurring production failures and escalate issues through the proper chain of command.
+ Maintain logs of all molds that have undergone preventive maintenance and control each mold.
+ Maintain machine cleanliness standards.
+ Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations, as well as company security policies.
